It's been months since I've played Mystic Messenger. I've finished all good endings and after endings. I was planning to obtain normal and bad endings as soon as possible, but due to overwhelming school load, I realized that sleep is more important than chatting fictional guys.
Lol. That kinda hurts.
Still, I open the app from time to time to collect Honey Buddha Chips. And then the April Fools DLC came. Since it only has 1 day of chat/text message/phone call, I decided to give it my time of the day. Anyway, I actually haven't finished it yet, but gawd, it's even funnier than I had expected it to!
Moreover, it's not just April Fools day! It's also Zen's birthday! ...and no, I'm not joking.
From cat food samples to 140 degree-fevers to Oreos with toothpastes, this game has made me laugh my ass off again! And let's not forget to mention the bug in Zen's messenger where he can't leave the chatroom. That was hilarious! And of course, nothing can beat 707's idea of a prank! You see, 707 said that he is going to give 1 ton of cardboards to Zen as a birthday gift and that he had just contacted a delivery service to deliver it. As of now, I still don't know if it was a prank or if he really did it. I'm still expecting a truckload of cardboards every time Zen's doorbell rings. Hahaha!
One thing I noticed though is that the images I have gotten so far were different than the usual. This time around, they use real images rather than drawn images. Like this:
Zen thought it's just a filter. Still, I was wondering, how would they portray the guys in real images? Well, I guess I'll just have to find out soon.
So all of you guys who haven't played the April Fools DLC yet, I suggest you do now! It comes with 3 endings, full voice, special ringtones, 23 new images and new BGMs. Gooosh, I hope they have new DLC every month... but that would also mean money T_T. It's not so easy to gather tremendous amounts of hourglasses after all. And this DLC had just cost me 60 hourglasses.
Anyway, I'm gonna post again soon after I finish all three endings!
P.S. I miss the yandere Jumin. Can he be psycho again? Even if it's just pretend. *sigh*.
