What if a yandere got obsessed with you? What if he could read your mind? What if he wants you enough to kill you? If you like these kind of guys, chances are, you'd like Mao.

I like Mao for craziness and absolutely sadistic tendencies. Like threatening to blow up Nunally for example, or shooting C.C., the immortal witch and his love interest. And of course, no one could forget that time on the carnival when he actually brought a saw and planned to chop C.C. up. Terrific!

Mao is absolutely unpredictable. That's understandable though, because he's insane. Anyone would be insane if they got Mao's geass, which lets him hear other's thoughts all the time. Of course, he can't control it so he had to resort to using headphones to block all the thoughts.

And guess what he listens to on those headphones of his.

It's recordings of C.C.'s voice. You're such a pervert, Mao. And I'm probably a pervert, too. 'Cause I got all those R-18 Drama CDs with Shinnosuke Tachibana's voice. But that's a completely different subject. Ehehe.

Anyway, Mao is only around for a few episodes so we don't get much of his yandereness. If he's only a major character, provided with a very deep background and character development, I'm sure I would've fallen for him completely.
