In Ozmafia, we get to meet one of the sweetest man on earth. I'm not kidding, he's really sweet... at least on one of his endings. On his other ending, he's... way too insane.
I first met Hameln on Caramia's route where he kidnapped the Fuka the heroine like a crazed madman. That's where I got the idea that he's probably a yandere.
I wouldn't call him a yandere on his first ending. He's actually rather sweet to Fuka. He constantly teases her, like asking her to feed him, or telling her some cheesy lines. The ending was pretty sweet, too! Even if he was sentenced with a lifetime in prison, both him and Fuka still managed to see each other (with Fuka being his prison guard and all).
On his second ending, I guess that's where all hades broke loose. He keeps saying that there's a voice in his head telling him to kill and kill and kill.
I have finished Hamelin's route but I haven't finished the game yet. So I'm probably gonna update this one if there's still a big revelation crucial to Hameln, considering the fact that there were still a lot of questions unaswered.

I'm not so sure now if Hamelin is actually yandere. Well, it's because his actions aren't really his. I've learned in Soh's route that he is actually just mind controlled or something by Soh, who is definitely the last yandere boss of the story.
